ENROLLMENT
After reading the below steps, click the Enroll Now button at the bottom of this page to begin your child's educational journey! We look forward to working with you and your family to restore all things in Christ.

Step 1: Initial Inquiries Consultation
-
The first step in the application process is an initial conversation with the director. This is an opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the academy or learn about our model and how we operate. Please contact the director, Mike DeVos, for this initial conversation. He can be reached at 260-316-6460 or mdevos@gtgacademy.org.

Step 2: Enrollment via Gradelink
The majority of the enrollment process is completed using Gradelink. The link to enroll is found at the bottom of this page. Below are a list of attachments that must be submitted.

Uploaded to Gradelink during the enrollment process:
-
A letter of recommendation from student’s Pastor
-

-
All academic, standardized test, and behavioral records (if applicable)

Step 3: Family Interview
-
After submission of the application, families may be asked to participate in an interview with the school director. This interview provides an opportunity for the school to understand the family’s educational needs and goals, and for the family to ask questions about the school’s mission, values, and curriculum.

Step 4: Tuition and Fees
-
The last step before an admission decision into St. Gregory the Great Academy is made, is for families to set up a payment plan for tuition and fees. Scholarships may be available for qualifying students.

Step 5: Notification of Admission
-
Once the above steps are complete, the school will notify the family of the admission decision. Accepted students will receive additional instructions for completing registration, submitting tuition deposits, and other necessary steps.

-
Appendix 1: Re-enrollment
Families are required to submit a re-enrollment form each year to confirm their child’s intent to return for the upcoming school year. Re-enrollment begins in January and must be completed by the end of March to ensure a spot in the school for the next academic year. Failure to complete re-enrollment may result in the child being placed on a waitlist.

-
Appendix 2: Withdrawal Policy
Parents or guardians who wish to withdraw their child from St. Gregory the Great Academy must notify the school in writing. A meeting with the director may be required before withdrawal is finalized. A withdrawal fee may apply, and the family will be responsible for any outstanding tuition or fees.

This policy is subject to change and will be reviewed annually to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the students, families, and the mission of St. Gregory the Great Academy.
